** 5 Month Genetic Defect Warranty **
This warranty covers your newly purchased puppy only. We are not responsible for any associated charges such as Veterinary fees etc. To qualify for this warranty, you must meet the following terms.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* If you wish to make a claim, you must bring this warranty with you.
* We do not guarantee you will be able to show or breed your animal.
* We guarantee puppies to be healthy at time of purchase.
* Customer to take their puppy within 2 working days, for a general check-
* If any life threatening health problems are found at the time of the examination, the puppy needs to be returned immediately with a written statement from you Veterinarian.
* All medications and vaccines stated on pet’s medical record are given by me (Breeder),
with the exception of rabies vaccine. We are not responsible should an overload occur
due to your Veterinarian doubting our records, which can make the puppy sick. Please
have your Veterinarian call us 1-
* We guarantee against any serious genetic defects: such as Heart, Lungs, and Kidneys until 5 months of age. NO WARRANTY ON HYPOGLYCEMIA!!
* If your puppy should die of any genetic problems, an autopsy from a state veterinary lab is required for replacement of the puppy.
* No cash refund will be made
* Deposits on animals are non-
* You must return any and all registrations, or application, puppy care package, etc. to us. You must sign any and all papers necessary to transfer ownership back to us.
* There will be no returns due to incompatibility, allergies, or landlord disputes. Sorry NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Although we try to predict grown size and color, we do not guarantee either.
* We are in good standing with AKC but cannot guarantee the ability to register puppies for reasons beyond our control.
This written agreement is the entire agreement between seller and buyer of the animal (as signed below) concerning the health and condition or loss of the animal purchased today. I understand and accept the terms and conditions as stated herein.
